  • Who needs to attend family therapy?

I would encourage the entire nuclear family to attend to start. As time goes on and we better understand your family's unique needs, we might focus on therapy with only certain members.

  • What to expect in family therapy?

To start, sessions will focus on helping each member share their perspective and understanding your family's way of interacting with each other. From there will focus on building communication and collaboration in tackling problems. Sometimes we will even introduce fun family games to help with building connection!

  • What kind of concerns are addressed in family therapy?

Family therapy clients often start therapy for parenting challenges, blended family challenges, communication issues across the different generations, or to process difficult family experiences.

*Fees & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider so if you would like to use your insurance please call ahead to find out what your out-of-network benefits are so that you can make an informed decision.

Ask your provider:

  1. What are my out-of-network psychotherapy benefits?
  2. What is my deductible? If you have met your deductible then your provider will pay a large portion of the sessions. If you have not, you have to pay the full fee until your deductible is met.

Sliding scale payment options are available for those with financial concerns. Payments can be made through cash, card, check, HSA, or Venmo.
